Okuden & Equine Reiki: Advanced Techniques at Mudgee, NSW

Mudgee is a beautiful country town in the Central West of New South Wales, Australia, and very famous for its amazing wines, delicious honey and superfine Merino wool. Ba Mack Farmstay is a working farm set on 285 acres of superfine merino country, running around 300 merino sheep. Located approximately 25 minutes from the township of Mudgee, Ba Mack Farmstay is the perfect location to begin your Reiki journey with horses.

Course Times

The course is run over four consecutive days starting at 9am and finishing approximately 4.00pm each day.


Class numbers are limited to 6 participants to ensure quality one on one interaction so early registration is advised.


Accommodation

We encourage you to stay at the venue during the course so you can fully immerse yourself in this unique experience. We recommend you arrive Thursday afternoon, unpack, take a walk, enjoy the magnificent property and meet the other participants. You'll enjoy a delicious evening meal with the group, followed by a moonlight meditation before bed to ensure a restful night's sleep, ready to begin your journey. You'll be refreshed and relaxed for an 9am start on Friday.

There are two types of accommodation available at Ba Mack. First there's Ba Mack Cottage, which has been lovingly decorated and furnished with a rustic country atmosphere. The Cottage has two bedrooms, a beautiful bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine and laundry tub. Outside is a private verandah with a gas BBQ. There is also outside seating where you can relax in the evening under beautiful sunsets and stars.

And then there's Ba Mack Train Carriage, an iconic 'Red Rattler', beautifully renovated and also lovingly decorated with a rustic country atmosphere. You'll be truly surprised how spacious the inside of the train is and how well it has been converted. Ba Mack Train Carriage comprises of two bedrooms with extremely comfortable beds.


Meals

During the course you'll enjoy wholesome, home cooked meals using fresh local produce where ever possible. A range of herbal teas, coffee, filtered water and freshly squeezed juice is on hand throughout the course.


Location

Ba Mack Farmstay is located approximately 25 minutes drive on a tar sealed road from Mudgee, in the Central West of New South Wales.


Working with Horses

You'll be working with the beautiful horses of Ba Mack during course practicals. This is a 'no ride' course so the only thing you’ll need for the course is appropriate clothing and at least 12 months experience handling horses.


Course fees

  • Cost: $1,495 pp includes extensive course manuals, Okuden (Reiki Level 2) certificate & Equine Reiki: Advanced Techniques certificate

  • Payment Plan: 4 payments of $375 - with final payment due two weeks before course commencement

  • Registration: closes two weeks before course commencement

  • Resit fees: $200 for full course or $100 for Okuden only - This is a reduced payment for students of Four Winds Reiki only. If you have already taken Reiki Level 1, 2 or 3 with Four Winds Reiki, then you need only pay a minimal fee to resit.


Accommodation at Ba Mack Farmstay (optional)

  • Twin share: $350 per person for 5 nights twin share accommodation including all meals
